I love the opening frame.  Wow!  They almost spelled "format" correct!

Moving on....

So according to Neveda's Secretary of State MCDA's name is Macada Holding Inc. (Note: singular - Holding ... no "s")

Why does the video say Holdings?   Wait does our website also say Holdings?  But we're Macada Holding .  (insert a Homer Simpson DOH! here)

Fortunately,  Mellone also has the MacadaHolding.com website name saved.
